Job Description
Milk Education is recruiting on behalf of a Special School in Leeds that provides education for pupils with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and SEMH Issues. The school, based in North Leeds, is seeking a full-time Learning Disabilities Teaching Assistant to work term-time only, from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. As a Learning Disabilities Teaching Assistant, you will support the Class Teacher in delivering lessons, engaging pupils, managing behavior, and assisting with feeding and changing depending on pupils' needs. This role is ideal for someone currently working in Adult Health and Social Care who wants to work with children, or for someone already in an educational or residential setting working with children and young people.
