Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging programmes across the UK & MEA, blending virtual and face-to-face learning. You’ll coach individuals, support learning projects and partner with stakeholders to build capability and performance.

The role suits someone from recruitment, talent acquisition, sales training or people development backgrounds looking to advance in Learning & Development, with travel across the North of the UK and occasional

Qualifications

Experience delivering training, coaching or development activities.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging virtual and classroom-based learning programmes.
Facilitate academy and onboarding programmes for new joiners.
Support development of recruitment, sales and professional capabilities across the business.
Provide coaching and practical support to help learners apply new skills in the workplace.
Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs and implement learning solutions.
Support rollout of new learning initiatives and capability programmes.
Promote engagement with digital learning platforms and resources.
