Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to build capability and confidence across our UK and MEA population. You will deliver a blend of virtual and face-to-face learning, including onboarding for new joiners and coaching existing staff.

The role involves partnering with managers and stakeholders to shape development, promote digital learning, and support multiple projects. Travel to offices in the North of the UK is required.

Description

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing our people through a blend of virtual and face-to-face learning. You'll deliver academy programmes for new joiners, coach individuals, support learning projects and partner with stakeholders to help shape the future capability of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a recruitment, talent acquisition, sales training or people development background looking to move into, or further their career within, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and classroom-based learning programmes.
• Facilitate academy and onboarding programmes for new joiners.
• Support the development of recruitment, sales and professional capabilities across the business.
• Provide coaching and practical support to help learners apply new skills in the workplace.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs and implement learning solutions.

• Promote engagement with digital learning platforms and resources.
• Travel to offices across the North of the UK, with occasional wider UK travel and overnight stays.

Profile

You may currently work in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sales Training, Learning & Development or a similar people-focused environment.

You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or development activities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence delivering both face-to-face and virtual learning sessions.
