Clarks in Somerset, England, invites a Learning & Development Specialist to design, facilitate, and continuously enhance engaging learning across Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centre teams. You will partner with the Global Head of Learning & Development to bring learning initiatives to life through innovative design and digital solutions.

You will deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended programmes, create resources, support the LMS, and drive learning experiences that boost capability,

Competenze

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating learning resources (digital content).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
• Experience with learning authoring tools (Articulate 360).
• Strong problem-solving, project management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, accountable and results-driven.
• Understanding of retail selling and customer experience.
• Experience supporting learners.
• Willingness to travel across locations.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and facilitate engaging learning programmes across face-to-face, virtual and blended environments for our Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centre teams.
• Design, develop and facilitate engaging retail learning programmes that enhance product knowledge, customer experience, commercial awareness and selling capability.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate these into practical, engaging learning solutions.
• Create high-quality learning resources, including facilitator guides, presentations, digital learning content, learner workbooks and job aids.
• Support the ongoing management and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, learner communications, reporting, curriculum management and the development of digital learning pathways.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying learning opportunities, recommending new initiatives and continuously enhancing the employee learning experience.
• Coordinate learning activities, programmes and learning calendars, ensuring learning initiatives are planned, communicated and delivered effectively.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and the wider Learning & Development team to ensure learning solutions meet organisational needs.
• Keep up to date with learning trends, facilitation techniques and digital learning best practice, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to support the ongoing development of learning across the business.
