Job summary

Acosta Group Europe is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging training across the business, shaping onboarding and development for a diverse workforce.

You will manage the LMS, monitor compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and learning culture. Hybrid role with strong emphasis on people development and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, People Development or HR.
• Experience managing or administering an LMS platform.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.
• Ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning programmes, workshops and training solutions.
• Create onboarding and induction programmes to help new colleagues settle in.
• Manage and optimise the Learning Management System and compliance with training requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and opportunities.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and liaise with training providers.
• Monitor impact of learning initiatives and report on ROI.
