Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to shape the learning experience across Acosta Group Europe. The role centers on designing engaging training, managing learning platforms, and driving a culture of continuous development.

The position is based in Stoke-on-Trent or Woking with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and collaboration with stakeholders across the business to onboard, develop and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, People Development or HR.
• Experience managing or administering an LMS platform.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.
• Ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning programmes, workshops and training solutions.
• Create onboarding and induction programmes to help new colleagues adapt to culture and values.
