Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning programmes, manage the LMS, and drive a culture of continuous development across Europe.

You will partner with the People team and stakeholders to support onboarding, compliance, and performance improvement. You will lead needs analyses, create blended learning solutions, and monitor training effectiveness while supporting apprenticeships and early careers programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, People Development or HR.
• Experience managing or administering an LMS platform.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning programmes, workshops and training solutions to support performance.
• Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and measure learning impact and ROI.
