Qualifications
- Senior HRBP or Head of Talent with OD and talent experience.
- Leadership of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Experience implementing modern HR tech, AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams.
- Shape attraction, development and retention strategies.
- Run performance reviews and calibration processes.
- Support job architecture, job levelling and reward initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs.
