Job summary

AXA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that enhance skills, improve performance and foster a culture of continuous development. You’ll use workshops, e-learning, coaching and blended solutions across the business.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to align initiatives with organisational goals, leveraging LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Learning and Development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Experience with diverse, global teams and localization needs.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient with LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools to enhance learning initiatives.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning programs, including workshops and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Support onboarding and induction to ensure successful integration of new employees and managers.
• Design and curate engaging training materials and digital content for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars and face-to-face sessions on soft skills, technical, and leadership topics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update learning content, tracking outcomes for continuous improvement.
