Job summary

Crown Commercial Service in Liverpool is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to drive the delivery, coordination and evaluation of learning and talent programmes. You will be a key user of Workday Learning, manage apprenticeships and talent initiatives, and generate management reports to inform decision making.

The role supports a fixed-term appointment until June 2027, with a broad range of learning opportunities, flexible working options, and a competitive Civil Service benefits

Qualifications

• Strong organisational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for learning queries and provide high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate learning and talent programmes, manage bookings and course logistics.
• Promote L&D offerings and liaise with internal comms and L&D leads.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external training providers; ensure service levels.
• Review and improve training administration processes.
• Manage Workday Learning content, reporting and analytics.
• Support L&D projects and initiatives, e.g., CIPS qualification programme.
