• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner to join our Talent and Development team on a full-time interim basis. This 3-month contract role with a local authority is crucial for designing and implementing development programs that align with organizational priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating management development, supporting corporate induction, and contributing to organizational transformation initiatives.

• Support the delivery of corporate induction and broader employee development activities.

Requirements
