You will be a pivotal part of our Learning & Development (L&D) team, working across the GCA to co-ordinate, promote, effectively implement and evaluate Learning and Talent programmes with the aim of developing the people capability to deliver value to the nation. Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the L&D Team. We support our colleagues to develop their knowledge, enhance skills and capabilities and ultimately drive both individual and organisational success. On a daily basis you will co-ordinate the delivery of learning and development activities, manage the day to day activities of our apprenticeship and talent programmes, be a key user of Workday Learning to improve functionality and user experience, add learning content and events and produce management reports and insight.

Working flexibly, delivering outcomes GCA operates a smarter working model that balances flexibility with collaboration. Successful candidates are expected to spend at least 26 days per quarter (approximately 2 days per week, pro-rata) at their contracted office, another GCA site, or off-site for meetings. For the remainder of the time, you may work from home or another suitable location that meets business needs.
