The role involves travel across the Midlands and Wales, with locations ranging from Bangor and Cardiff to Colchester and Nottingham.

This is a fixed‑term contract until the 31 March 2027. What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering training through workshops, events, classroom sessions, Lunch & Learns and train the trainer sessions
  • Supporting line managers with inductions and sign off of learner journeys
  • Creating and maintaining learning content and resources to support self development
  • Working with managers to support on the job learning and development
  • Designing and delivering practical blended learning that meets role and business needs

  • Strong knowledge of modern learning methods, with experience delivering blended learning (face to face and digital)
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative approach
