Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is recruiting an experienced training professional to support the British Army recruitment process across the Midlands and Wales. You will be supporting our operational teams in Army Careers Centres and the Assessment Centre across the Midlands and Wales.
You'll work closely with people across the business to help develop skills and support career growth, in line with what the business needs. This includes creating and delivering engaging, practical learning that supports people at every stage of their career and encourages them to take ownership of their own development.
This is an important role within one of the UK's largest and most varied recruitment operations. Our focus is on providing a positive and inclusive experience for candidates and customers throughout the recruitment process.
Capita has partnered with the British Army since 2012 to deliver recruitment services. The partnership supports the attraction and selection of officers and soldiers for both Regular and Reserve roles, with a strong focus on quality, volume, and candidate experience.
The role involves travel across the Midlands and Wales, with locations ranging from Bangor and Cardiff to Colchester and Nottingham.
