Job summary

Mourant Services (Jersey) Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to join our global Learning Team. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, you will partner with leaders and teams to identify development needs and implement impactful learning solutions that drive performance and career growth.

You will help maintain a culture of continuous learning, development and performance excellence across Mourants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning and Development in professional services or similar complex, client-focused environments.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear capability outcomes and practical resources.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Proficient with learning technologies and AI tools to improve access, practice and performance.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation and analytical/problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across education, training and development, enabling individuals and teams to enhance performance.
• Identify team, skills and capability needs, recommending practical learning solutions aligned with Mourants strategic priorities.
• Design and deliver engaging professional and business skills development initiatives and activities.
• Develop and manage learning programmes and development centres linked to career pathways and the Mourant Academy.
• Use learning technologies, digital content and AI tools to create effective, blended learning experiences.
• Analyse learning data, evaluate impact and produce regular reports with meaningful insights for leaders.
• Manage learning activity within budgets, ensuring relevance, accessibility and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Learning Team to improve processes and learner experience.
