Job summary

Mourant Services (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to join our global Learning Team. This role partners with leaders, teams and colleagues to identify development needs and implement impactful learning solutions that drive performance.

You will design and deliver blended learning experiences, manage programmes linked to career pathways and Mourant Academy, and use digital tools and AI to enhance learning. The role emphasises data-driven insights and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development in professional services or similar client-focused environment.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear capability outcomes and learning resources.
• Experience designing and delivering learning across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across education, training and development to enhance performance.
• Identify team and capability needs, recommending practical learning solutions aligned with Mourant's priorities.
• Design and deliver engaging professional and business skills development initiatives.

• Use learning technologies, digital content and AI tools to create blended learning experiences.
• Analyse learning data, evaluate impact and provide leaders with actionable insights.
• Manage learning activity within agreed budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the Learning Team to improve processes and learner experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our global Learning Team. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, you'll play a key role in delivering Mourant's people strategy by partnering with leaders, teams and colleagues across the firm to identify development needs and implement impactful learning solutions. You'll help maintain and nurture a culture of continuous learning, career development and performance excellence. About the role

In this role, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across education, training and development, enabling individuals and teams to enhance their performance.
• Identify team, skills and capability needs, recommending practical learning solutions aligned with Mourant's strategic and business priorities.
• Design and deliver engaging professional and business skills development initiatives and activities.
• Develop and manage learning programmes and development centres linked to career pathways and the Mourant Academy.
• Use learning technologies, digital content and AI tools to create effective, impactful blended learning experiences.
• Analyse learning data, evaluate impact and produce regular reports that provide leaders with meaningful and actionable insights.
• Manage learning activity within agreed budgets, ensuring solutions are relevant, accessible and cost effective.
• Collaborate with Learning Team colleagues to improve processes, practices and the overall learner experience.

About you

• Proven experience in a Learning and Development role within professional services or a similarly complex, client focused environment.
• The ability to translate business priorities and organisational frameworks into clear capability outcomes, practical learning experiences and useful workplace resources.
• Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple formats, including face to face, virtual and digital learning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence, consult, collaborate and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Confident and responsible use of learning technology and AI tools to improve access, practice, application and performance.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills, supported by effective organisational, analytical and problem solving abilities.
