Mourant in London is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to join our global Learning Team. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, you will partner with leaders across the firm to identify development needs and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive performance.

You will build stakeholder relationships, design and deliver blended learning programmes, manage budgets, and measure impact using data and AI tools. Mourant values an inclusive culture and continuous learning.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development role within a professional services or similarly complex environment.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear capability outcomes and practical learning resources.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple formats (face-to-face, virtual, digital).
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Confident use of learning tech and AI tools to improve access and performance.
