Job summary

Centre 404, a north London charity, is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to embed a culture of continuous learning. You will manage the training systems, coordinate sessions, and ensure regulatory standards are met across the organisation.

You will lead the PeopleXD Learning Module, monitor mandatory training compliance, and produce insightful reports for managers. This role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR or learning systems (e.g. PeopleXD).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the training calendar and bookings.
• Lead implementation and upkeep of the PeopleXD Learning Module.
• Track mandatory training compliance and elevate non compliance.
• Produce monthly reports and dashboards for managers.
• Support onboarding and induction for new staff.
• Standardise learning and development processes across services.
• Liaise with external training providers to source cost-effective training.
• Respond to training queries and gather feedback to improve learning offers.
