Based in Newent, you’ll partner with teams to understand development needs and design high-quality programmes that support individual growth and organisational priorities.

You’ll lead the learning strategy to build capability, performance and behaviours, and partner with leaders to drive leadership development, organisational change and talent

• Lead on leadership development, organisational change and talent planning.
• Deliver a mix of workshops, coaching and mentoring; contribute to onboarding, apprenticeships and Organisational Development initiatives.
• Lead engagement, wellbeing, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and liaise with the Colleague Forum.
