Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Learning Business Partner to deliver training onsite at Broughton, Flintshire. This 18-hour-per-week role requires coordinating learning plans, engaging business stakeholders and ensuring timely deployment with the central learning team.

You will build networks, manage learning projects, and tackle deployment risks while aligning with business priorities and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain).
• Gather learning needs and priorities, assess feasibility and lead deployment with stakeholders.
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor learning plans.
• Act as focal point for learning questions and link with central learning team.
• Monitor learning plan and anticipate future needs.
• Present data and risks in multi-functional team meetings, propose solutions.
• Coordinate with training administration provider for deployment success.
• Anticipate and resolve deployment issues with stakeholders.
• Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects with business.
• Contribute to learning projects locally and across borders with central team.

Our client has an opportunity for a Learning Business Partner to join them on a rolling contract basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of training to an area of the business.

18 hours per week - flexible on days

Hourly Rate

£30.76 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35

Clearance

BPSS required before starting

Travel

Travel may be required a couple of times per year

What you'll be doing

• Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)
• Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges
• Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate
• Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs
• Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LBP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes
• Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business
• Anticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business
• Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team
