Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Learning Business Partner for a rolling contract, delivering training to a defined area of the business. The role is fully onsite at Broughton and involves 18 hours per week with flexible days, at an hourly rate of £30.76 via Umbrella, inside IR35.

You will deploy learning plans, engage stakeholders, monitor progress, and coordinate with the central learning team to ensure successful delivery and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to a defined business area and ensure learning plan deployment.
• Gather learning needs from stakeholders and assess feasibility.
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor progress.
• Act as a learning partner and liaison with central learning teams.
• Monitor learning plan execution and anticipate future needs.
• Present data and risks in multi-functional team meetings and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with training administration provider to deploy training.
• Identify and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects with the business.
• Contribute to learning projects locally or transnationally.

Our client has an opportunity for a Learning Business Partner to join them on a rolling contract basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of training to an area of the business.

Role: Learning Business Partner

Location: Broughton, Flintshire - fully onsite

Hours: 18 hours per week - flexible on days

Hourly Rate: £30.76 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35

Clearance: BPSS required before starting

Travel may be required a couple of times per year

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)
• Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges
• Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate
• Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs
• Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LBP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes
• Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business
• Anticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business
• Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team
