Job summary

The Royal College of Art is seeking an experienced Learning Development and Academic Literacies Coordinator to lead the development, coordination and enhancement of in-sessional learning development, academic literacies and academic communication for postgraduate students across the College.

Working within Library and Academic Enhancement, this role offers a unique chance to shape college-wide student support and help postgraduate students develop critical, reflective and independent learning

Qualifications

• Lead development and delivery of in-sessional learning development and academic literacies for postgraduate students.
• Coordinate and enhance academic communication provision across the College.
• Work within Library and Academic Enhancement to support a diverse postgraduate community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination and enhancement of learning development, academic literacies and academic communication for postgraduate students across the College.
• Shape college-wide student support and help postgraduate students develop critical, reflective and independent learning practices.
• Collaborate with academic and professional services to embed inclusive teaching and learning practices.
