Job summary

University of the Arts London (UAL) invites a Digital Learning Coordinator to shape, support and coordinate Digital Learning activities across the London College of Communication and broader campus. You will help maintain organised, sustainable digital learning usage within the curriculum and support accessibility in teaching materials.

You will work with programme teams and Digital Learning colleagues to enhance the student experience and drive digital transformation while improving the overall

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification and an excellent understanding of Digital Learning platforms, policies and practices in higher/further education.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; provide technical and pedagogical-design support to course teams.
  • General digital media production skills (image, audio and video manipulation) and experience working with technology for learning and teaching.

The opportunity

Join University of the Arts London (UAL) and play a vital role in shaping, supporting and coordinating Digital Learning activities within the London College of Communication (LCC) and wider university. As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will contribute to improving the student experience by helping to maintain an organised and sustainable use of Digital Learning in the curriculum. You will be a member of the friendly college-based Digital Learning team, dedicated to supporting the design, production and accessibility of teaching and learning materials in the digital space. Working closely with programme and course teams and with Digital Learning colleagues across the University, you will contribute to digital transformation and enhance the overall user experience for both students and staff within one of the world’s leading creative institutions.

Your profile

We seek a candidate with a degree-level qualification and an excellent understanding of current Digital Learning platforms, policies and practices in a higher/further education context. With strong teamwork and communication skills, you will provide both technical support and pedagogical-design support to course teams. You will have general digital media production skills (e.g., image, audio and video manipulation) and experience of working with technology for learning and teaching.
