Job summary

University of Liverpool is seeking a Portfolio Lead in Academic Development to oversee a broad programme of teaching development activities across our hybrid-learning environment.

You will lead on programme leadership for accreditation and development initiatives, supervise postgraduate learning in our MA Academic Practice, and mentor staff through ULTRA fellowships, driving high-quality educational practice across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience as an educational developer or demonstrable expertise across academic development contexts.
• Experience teaching in higher education.
• Ability to work in a hybrid learning environment.
• Ability to engage colleagues and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a key portfolio of activity across development practice.
• Deliver accredited and informal teaching development programmes.
• Mentor and assess experiential applications for ULTRA Fellowship.
