Job summary

XPS Group is seeking a Learning and Development Delivery Specialist to join our HR team in Reading on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This hybrid role focuses on designing and delivering practical learning across UK offices, with regular travel to different sites and client locations.

You will deliver a mix of face‑to‑face workshops, virtual sessions and digital content, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of learning solutions across the Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering engaging face-to-face learning.
• Experience using digital learning tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and LMS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Understanding of accessible learning for all learners.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel across the UK to deliver learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver existing learning solutions via in-person, virtual, and digital formats.
• Present training confidently to varied audiences and adapt delivery.
• Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and engaging.
• Collaborate with L&D to translate performance needs into learning objectives.
• Evaluate programmes and recommend improvements.
• Support digital and blended learning across the Group.
