Raytheon UK, a leading defence technology firm, seeks expert Training Designers to shape learning experiences across multiple technical domains. The role focuses on instructional design, analytics, and aligned media development to enhance learner outcomes.

You'll work with Courseware Developers and Media Developers, supporting accreditation and applying modern learning technologies to boost engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

Experience in instructional design and learning systems.
Proven ability to adapt training to active learning and new technologies.
Experience supporting accreditation activities.
Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Design and assess training programs across technical domains.
