Job summary

Raytheon UK’s specialist training team seeks an experienced Training Analyst Lead to shape and lead our Training Analysis capability. You will work with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to ensure training and technical documentation are underpinned by auditable evidence and high-quality outcomes.

You will drive data governance, identify training data gaps and maturity, and mentor the Training Data Analysis team in a structured, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing training and technical documentation with auditable evidence.
• Proven experience leading small teams and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to drive data governance, standards and reporting.
• BPSS and SC clearance eligibility or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and validation of training requirements and supporting documentation.
• Oversee training data governance, quality, and traceability across repositories.
• Identify data gaps, risks and maturity levels to support design and development.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate findings and drive decisions.
• Lead and develop the Training Data Analysis team and governance activities.
• Promote compliance with policies and travel to UK sites as required.
