Job summary

Comxps Ltd is recruiting an Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner for a Government client in Dudley. Hybrid role with delivery across the borough; interim contract for 3 months.

You will design and deliver leadership, management and organisational development interventions, facilitate stakeholders at all levels, and support workforce development in a complex environment. DBS clearance is part of the requirement.

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied and demanding workload.
• A qualified coach or working towards a coaching qualification is desirable.
