Qualifications

• Experience in learner engagement, education, training or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes or vocational learning environments.
• Ability to analyse data and produce reports using tracking or project management tools like Asana.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; collaborative and proactive.
• Commitment to inclusion and learner-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an exciting programme of learner engagement activities and guest speakers while maintaining an annual calendar of engagement events.
• Design and facilitate learner focus groups (face-to-face sessions) and extract insights on learner experiences and wellbeing.
• Produce engaging Learner Voice communications for learners and feedback reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support Ofsted inspections, audits and quality assurance activity, while upholding safeguarding.
