Job summary

CIM. The Chartered Institute of Marketing in Cookham is seeking a Learner Partner Development Executive on a permanent hybrid basis, combining two days in the office with three days remote.

The role focuses on supporting our learner partner community, strengthening partnerships, driving growth and enhancing learner experience. You’ll analyse data, manage partnerships against KPIs, coordinate communications and onboarding, and support accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, learning or professional membership sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership development.
• Analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience tracking performance against KPIs.
• Good project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with learner partners against KPIs.
• Support partner growth and accreditation activities.
• Analyse performance data and provide regular insights.
• Monitor partner compliance with regulatory and brand requirements.
• Coordinate communications, onboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Handle partner and student queries and complaints effectively.
• Support partnership projects and events from planning through delivery.
• Gather feedback from learner partners and learners to inform improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
