Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd is seeking a proactive Engagement Lead to champion adult learning programmes across the East Midlands. You will build partnerships with community groups, deliver information, advice and guidance, and drive learner referrals and enrolments to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification.
• GCSE English, Maths and ICT (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Full driving licence required.
• L3 IAG or equivalent qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, community organisations, and networks to support growth of adult learning programmes.
• Identify and promote suitable Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referral sources.
• Conduct information, advice and guidance sessions so potential learners are well-informed about opportunities.
• Engage with potential learners, employers and community groups with accurate programme information.
• Maintain detailed learner referral information and coordinate with tutors and managers.
