Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd is seeking a motivated role focused on building partnerships and driving enrolments in adult learning programmes. You will engage with external stakeholders, promote SWAPs, and deliver information, advice and guidance to potential learners to grow recruitment and referrals.

You will collaborate with tutors and managerial staff, ensure compliance, and help achieve monthly programme starts, placements and progression targets.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification.
• GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and networks to support adult learning programmes.
• Identify and promote suitable Adult Learning programmes to learners and referral sources.
• Conduct information, advice and guidance sessions for potential learners.
