Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited offers an internship in Improvement & Performance Management at the Airbus wing site in the UK. Start date is 16 August 2027, located in Broughton, North Wales, for 12.5 months with a 35-hour week and hybrid working options depending on the role.

The placement includes training in Kaizen and continuous improvement with exposure to site projects shaping the future of wing production.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduate students for the whole placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability are required.
• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are valued.
• Willingness to coach and develop others.
• Lean-related modules completed during university studies are advantageous.
