Job summary

Airbus is offering an internship at our site in the UK, designed for undergraduates for the full duration of the placement. You will contribute to Lean and Operational Management, coaching to operations and functions, and participate in exciting site projects that enable the future of wing production.

The role provides a hands-on introduction to Airbus processes and continuous improvement, with a structured development plan and exposure to Kaizen principles in a real manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience or exposure to Lean principles or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong coaching mindset and willingness to support and develop others.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a drive to identify and implement improvements.
