Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering an Internship in North Wales with a 12.5 month duration. The role focuses on improving processes through Lean methods, coaching operations and delivering site projects related to wing production.

Open to undergraduates who are studying Business Management or Engineering, with the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment and flexible hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Experience in customer-facing roles;
• Experience or exposure to Lean principles or continuous improvement environments;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Resilience and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment;
• A strong coaching mindset and willingness to support and develop others;
• A continuous improvement mindset with a drive to identify and implement improvements.
