Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in North Wales offers a 12.5-month internship for undergraduates within the Supply and Support function. You will gain hands-on experience across wing panel manufacture planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting senior leaders and delivering progress reports.

The role is 35 hours per week with flexible/hybrid working options, and a starting date of 16 August 2027.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates must be enrolled for the entire duration of the placement.
• Pursuing a relevant Business degree or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive and organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the supply and support teams with daily activities and improvement initiatives.
• Attend high level reviews and assist with progress reporting and KPI tracking.
• Assist ISS management with project coordination and data analysis.
• Lead small improvement projects and demonstrate tangible benefits.
• Build and maintain a risk and opportunity tracker for the department.
• Contribute to planning for future rate ramps and headcount forecasting.
