Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood is offering a 12‑month placement year in Vehicle Production & Assembly Improvement. You will join the New Model Launch Team to prepare for motorcar builds, manage processes and deliver improvements while meeting cost, quality and time targets.

Qualifications

• Externally studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree, 2:2 or above.
• Comfortable with instability, change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Desirable experience with Jira/Confluence and basic data analysis.
• Problem solving, time management and communication shown through university projects.

Responsibilities

• Support team in improving parts, product and processes; define root cause and implement solutions.
• Implement business process improvements, digitalisation and KPI creation with reporting.
• Support daily stand‑up meetings with the wider team.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Spend time in other technologies to broaden understanding of the business.
