Andras Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead on-shift service, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction within Crowne Plaza venues in Northern Ireland. You will supervise the F&B team, ensure safe, compliant operations, and collaborate with management to meet targets and deliver excellent service.

You will be part of a management team known for growth and care for staff, with a strong focus on hygiene, safety, and guest experience throughout the hotel outlets.

Formación

• Experience within a Food and Beverage role.
• Proven experience of supervising and directing others, while demonstrating a hands-on approach.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• As a F&B Supervisor, be the leader on shift during service.
• Ensure all areas of responsibility are run effectively in the absence of the Head of Department, in line with standards.
• Be aware of targets, understand how they fit within department goals, and strive to achieve them.
• Ensure the F&B team follows Crowne Plaza brand standards on a daily basis.
• Meet and greet guests, check requirements, and relay information to the team.
• Supervise service to maintain high guest satisfaction and safety standards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and keep work areas tidy.
