The Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC, part of LGH Hotels Management Ltd, is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to elevate guest experiences and support the team in delivering outstanding service.

You will partner with the F&B Manager to drive service excellence, supervise daily operations, and role‑model hospitality standards across the restaurant and bar. This role focuses on guest satisfaction and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food & beverage supervisory or senior team role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to high standards of presentation and guest service.

Responsabilités

• Lead service during peak hours and support peers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee restaurant and bar operations to ensure readiness and presentation.
