Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking a Leadership and Organisational Development Advisor to lead and deliver high-quality leadership and organisational development support across the Trust. You will work hands-on with leaders, teams and services to design and facilitate development programmes that are accredited or non-accredited.

The role involves coaching, talent and succession planning, 360 feedback, culture change, and evaluating interventions to provide actionable insights for future delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and facilitate a range of accredited and nonaccredited leadership and management development programmes for clinical and nonclinical staff.
• Support the coordination and continuous improvement of the Trusts leadership development offer, including development of materials, session content, evaluation and quality assurance.
• Provide organisational development consultancy support to teams and services, including scoping requirements, diagnosing issues and designing appropriate interventions.
• Facilitate bespoke team development and engagement sessions to address leadership behaviours, team dynamics, culture, performance and staff engagement.
• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers, including coaching delivered as part of leadership and talent programmes.
• Support delivery of talent management and succession planning interventions, including workshops, career development activity, insight tools and career coaching.
• Deliver and facilitate 360-degree feedback, appraisal support and diagnostic tools, providing constructive feedback and supporting translation into development action.
• Contribute to the delivery of OD and workforce projects aligned to organisational priorities, including culture change initiatives and leadership framework alignment.
• Evaluate leadership and OD interventions using qualitative and quantitative feedback, producing insight to inform improvement and future delivery.
