Job summary

The Welsh Government is seeking three Leadership Engagement and Events Officers to plan and deliver high-profile leadership events and learning programmes across Wales. You will coordinate end-to-end event delivery, manage logistics, materials, and bilingual communications to ensure an outstanding participant experience.

Based in Pan Wales, these permanent roles require travel across Wales, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing, coordinating and delivering events, conferences or engagement activities.
• Ability to design, develop and deliver leadership engagement activities and events.
• Experience working in a bilingual, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of multiple leadership events and programmes.
• Manage event logistics, venues, digital platforms, accessibility and suppliers.
• Develop bilingual participant materials and literature for engagement activities.
• Support marketing campaigns to raise awareness of leadership development opportunities.
• Maintain records, bookings and governance documentation for events.
