Job summary

The National Lottery Heritage Fund in North Wales is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager (Welsh Essential) on a permanent contract, home-based. You will lead Welsh and English stakeholder engagement and manage a grant portfolio, using data-led approaches to stimulate new applications.

We welcome Welsh-language applications and will conduct interviews in Welsh and English. The role supports flexible, hybrid working with a focus on inclusivity and impact across heritage projects.

Qualifications

• High level communication skills in Welsh and English
• Welsh language applications encouraged and treated equally
• Interviews will be conducted in Welsh and English

Responsibilities

• Lead on Welsh and English stakeholder engagement in North Wales
• Manage grant investment portfolio; assess funding applications and monitor funded projects
• Adopt a data-led approach to encourage new applications and organise events
• Contribute to marketing and communications activity
