Job summary

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a confident, politically astute and bilingual Strategic Communications and Engagement Lead to provide senior communications and public affairs leadership across the Mid Wales Growth Deal and related regional programmes.

You will translate ambitious regional priorities into clear, credible messaging, advise senior leaders, manage high-profile issues, and strengthen relationships with local authorities, Welsh Government, the UK Government, businesses

Growing Mid Wales is looking for a confident, politically astute and bilingual Strategic Communications and Engagement Lead to provide senior communications, engagement and public affairs leadership across the Mid Wales Growth Deal and the wider regional programme. Working at the heart of a complex partnership involving local authorities, Welsh Government, UK Government, elected Members, businesses and communities, you will help translate ambitious regional priorities into clear, credible and engaging communications. You will advise senior leaders, manage sensitive and high-profile issues, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and help demonstrate the impact of investment across Mid Wales.
