Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to shape and deliver leadership development across the business. Hybrid role based in Wimbledon, with office attendance 1-2 times per week; you’ll partner with senior leaders to translate capability needs into practical programmes.

You’ll lead a portfolio, design programmes, evolve coaching and mentoring, measure impact with data, and stay current with trends to drive performance and development throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development and adult learning principles.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to understand capability needs and translate into practical development solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of leadership development activity, shaping learning outcomes and delivery approaches.
• Design, deliver and manage D&G’s leadership programmes.
• Develop and continually improve leadership journeys across populations and levels.
• Manage and evolve D&G’s coaching and mentoring offer.
• Collaborate with leaders to address leadership and team effectiveness challenges.
• Embed leadership qualities and evaluate programme effectiveness using data, feedback and insights.
• Provide leadership development expertise to wider Talent, Leadership and Inclusivity initiatives.
