Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Leadership Development Manager on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover. The role is hybrid with office days in Wimbledon.

You will lead leadership development programmes, influence design and deliver improvements across leadership populations, and work with senior leaders to enhance capability. You’ll manage coaching and mentoring, evaluate impact with data, and stay abreast of trends to inform priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development and adult learning.
• Ability to translate capability needs into practical development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of leadership development activity aligned to the roadmap.
• Design, deliver and manage D&G’s leadership programmes with best practice insights.
• Develop leadership journeys across populations and levels.
• Evolve coaching and mentoring offerings to meet organisational needs.
• Collaborate with leaders to address team effectiveness and performance.
• Evaluate programmes using data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Keep up with external trends and translate into practical improvements.
