JCT600 Ltd is seeking a Workshop Controller at Porsche York to lead a high-performing service team and drive excellence in aftersales. You will coordinate workshop activity, ensure top-quality workmanship and superb customer experience, and support the team with coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main-dealer workshop is preferred.
• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilising workshop resources to meet budgeted financial and operational objectives while ensuring customer experience.
• Ensuring clear communication between Workshop and Front of House for service delivery.
• Leading, coaching and developing the Workshop team with regular reviews.
• Managing resources and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Fostering a high-performance culture and excellence.
