Marshall Audi Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead a high-performing service workshop and drive efficiency. You will motivate technicians, allocate workloads, and ensure quality work that meets brand standards, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota. Competitive £40,593 basic salary with OTE £51,195 and strong benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Controller, ideally in a franchised dealership.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain a calm, professional approach.
• Proficient IT skills with EVHC software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
• Allocate job cards and manage workloads to maximise productivity.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets brand standards.
• Oversee workshop systems including EVHC and service booking.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
