Job summary

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead a busy service workshop, motivating technicians and ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. The role is full-time (45 hours per week) with Saturday mornings on a rota.

Salary is £39,609 basic with £54,608 OTE, plus life assurance, pension, and exclusive employee perks, including discounts on servicing and purchases.

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally in a franchised dealership environment.

At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford, we’re seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to motivate and manage a team of technicians while ensuring great service delivery and efficiency in the operations.

• You’ll lead, manage and motivate a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
• You’ll allocate job cards and manage technicians’ workloads to maximise productivity.
• You’ll have quality checks to ensure all work meets brand standards and drive service success through effective time management.
• You’ll oversee technical workshop solutions including EVHC and service booking systems.
