Job summary

Simon Community Scotland is seeking a Service Lead for Women's Accommodation Services in Glasgow. The role focuses on day-to-day management, staff supervision, and delivering person-centered support aligned with the charity's values and vision.

You will lead a diverse team through a period of exciting change, promoting participation and empowerment among the people we support, while working with partners to sustain relationships and capacity.

• Day-to-day management, coordination and supervision of staff to create an environment meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of the people we support.
• To lead and develop a diverse team through change and deliver life changing services.
• Create a culture of real participation putting the people we support at the heart of what we do and how we do it.
• Work with key partners to develop effective sustainable relationships.
