Job summary

Enable is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants in Glasgow, ensuring safe, person-centred support across our care homes. You will collaborate with the Service Manager to drive quality, staff development and responsive service design.

Based in South Side Glasgow, you’ll manage rosters, participate in on-call cover and contribute to ongoing care improvements while maintaining GDPR-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience using person-centred planning techniques and delivering high-quality support practices.
• Strong facilitation to empower staff to take ownership of care quality.
• Excellent communication with people supported, staff, families and external professionals.
• Creating and delivering service designs, support strategies and risk assessments while managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Personal Assistants with regular supervision and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and support delivery.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe staffing and maintain records.
• Build strong relationships with families, health professionals and external agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to services across Glasgow.
