Job summary

Esmond Street, part of Enable Glasgow, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead a 24/7 supported living service in Glasgow. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team, strengthen partnerships, and ensure consistently high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Supported Living, you will drive development, manage resources, and uphold Enable Glasgow’s values in daily practice and future service planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Good budget handling and resource planning.
• Experience within health or social care settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the staff team and supervise ongoing professional development.
• Coordinate service delivery ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and commissioning of appropriate care packages.
• Collaborate with health and social care partners and family networks.
